Capital Reversal &
Refund Protocol.

1. Infrastructure Subscription Reversals
Donateazy Technologies ("the Provider") maintains a strict 14-day operational satisfaction guarantee for all new institutional tenancies. If our digital infrastructure fails to meet the documented performance specifications within the initial fourteen (14) calendar days of deployment, a comprehensive reversal of the subscription fee may be initiated upon formal request. Requests initiated post-period are governed by the standard Master Service Agreement (MSA) termination protocols and are generally non-refundable.
2. Philanthropic Capital & Donor Reversals
The Provider maintains clear legal bifurcation between platform fees and philanthropic capital. Refunds for donations processed via Donateazy are governed exclusively by the individual Licensee's (NGO) financial policies. While our infrastructure facilitates technical reversals, the legal custody and ultimate decision-making authority regarding donor refunds reside solely with the Licensee. Donors are advised to engage the Licensee's finance department directly for such requests.
3. Resolution of Transactional Anomalies
In the event of documented technical latency leading to duplicate billing or unauthorized credential verification charges, the Provider's Engineering Support Team will orchestrate a manual reconciliation audit. Verified duplicate transactions will be reversed to the original payment instrument within seven (7) business days, subject to standard banking clearance latencies.
4. FCRA & Statutory Constraints
Note that reversals involving Foreign Contributions (under FCRA 2010 mandates) are subject to rigorous statutory scrutiny and reporting. Reversals of such nature may require additional documentation and are subject to the approval of the authorized Compliance Liaison of the Licensee.
